One body, one spirit, one hope
(LWI) - The Lutheran World Federation has put out a call for proposals to develop the Thirteenth LWF Assembly logo and visual identity. The meeting of the highest LWF decision-making body takes place in September 2023 in Krakow, Poland. Its theme will be: One Body, One Spirit, One Hope.
Graphic artists worldwide are invited to submit proposals. The visual identity should express the LWF’s identity, the theme and context of the Assembly. It is at the heart of how the Assembly is presented to participants, the LWF member churches, the local population in Krakow and Poland, and to the general public. It should adhere to the LWF’s overall visual identity and use the fonts of the visual identity.
The Assembly is LWF’s highest decision-making body, consisting of representatives from the communion’s member churches. It meets every six to seven years to give general direction to LWF’s work, elect the President and Council members, act on the reports of the President, General Secretary and Chairperson of the Finance Committee, and on matters related to the LWF Constitution.
The deadline for submitting proposals will be 7 September 2020.
