Topic: Visions and Values of Church Leadership

This three module course “Visions and Values of Church Leadership” was developed for LWF International Lay Leaders Seminar in 2022 by Rev. Dr. Klaus Schaefer in conjunction with LWF’s Department for Theology, Mission and Justice and LWF Center Wittenberg.

The learning resource introduces basic Biblical principles, key values and Lutheran perspectives regarding leadership in the church. The materials provided challenge to critically reflect how leadership as service and commitment to uphold unity are lived out in the communion and how our shared values are applied in church leadership.

The learning resource includes three video lectures, guided reading and questions for discussion and reflections.
