Africa Lutheran Church Leadership Consultation

“We, who are many, are one body” (1 Corinthians 10:17)

Hosted by the Lutheran Church of Christ in Nigeria (LCCN), the 2024 Africa Lutheran Church Leadership Consultation (ALCLC) will bring together LWF Council members, advisors, member church leaders, sub-regional leaders, representatives of regional networks (Diakonia, Gender Justice, ALCINET, Youth, Climate Justice and Theological Education) and the host church.

The theme of the ALCLC is “We, who are many, are one body.” Recalling the theme of the Thirteenth Assembly in Poland, it is a call to reflect on the theological and prophetic implications of this theme within the regional expression of our global communion and to journey together in God’s mission in the current contexts of the Africa region.

The youth and women’s networks will meet before the ALCLC.
