Continuing conversations on synodality and primacy

This is the second plenary meeting of the 19^th Session of the International Lutheran Orthodox Commission on Theological Dialogue.

Members meet in southern France to continue exploring the theme “Synodality and Primacy,” building on papers presented last year in Cyprus and Strasbourg.

Topics under discussion at this plenary meeting include the history and reception of Synods, as well as the sacramental foundation of synodality and primacy.
