Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is made up of the President, Vice-Presidents, Treasurer and the chairpersons of the Program Committees. At least four of its members are women and at least four are men. Geographical representation is considered in their selection. The committee normally meets twice a year.
The Executive Committee oversees the proper functioning of the LWF between Council meetings. It appoints programmatic and supervisory staff with the exception of Cabinet members who are appointed by the Council.
The Executive Committee acts as the Board of Trustees and Personnel Committee.
